Chop Cheese Express
Fresno’s first chopped cheese food truck has arrived!
This New York bodega staple has turned into a trendy food item beyond the Big Apple lately. In Fresno, My Guy Market was the first to make us drool for a chopped cheese sandwich. With its doors now closed after personal health concerns for chef Eddie Wutangsy, there’s a new chopped cheese contender in the chat.
It’s Chop Cheese Express and it’s now rolling out to Fresno Street Eats locations around Fresno and Clovis.
Its menu features a variety of chopped cheese favorites, plus other things you’ll crave like smash burgers. So if you’re looking for something new on the menu, don’t miss Chop Cheese Express.
They’ll be at Fresno County DSS for lunch Thursday 11-2p, followed by dinner at Burning Sun Brewing 5-9p, then a whole new cycle of dates next week. Give them a follow to keep up.

The Fresno Falcons are back this week! After a years-long hiatus, Fresno’s beloved hockey team returns to Selland Arena. Our friends at Tioga Beer Garden are the official pre-game party destination for Falcons hockey, so stop by the beer garden, get some beer, get some food and then go enjoy some pucks getting slapped around. Tioga has even dropped a new Falcons-inspired beer you don’t want to miss.
This Friday night is the Falcons’ home opener and the party is starting at 5p at Tioga. We have lots of stadium-inspired eats, like nachos, wings, sliders, etc.

It looks like — maybe, hopefully — fall is finally coming to Fresno.
Whether or not Mother Nature cooperates, we have some fall flavors coming your way at our Saturday location at River Park the next few weeks.
This Saturday we’re doing a coffee-themed day from 11a-4p. We’ve had an influx of new coffee pop-ups lately, so I thought it was a good idea to give them some shine. This includes everything from traditional coffees and lattes to things like espresso, matcha and chai. We’ll also have coffee-infused baked goods.
Same thing the following Saturday, where we’re giving you Pumpkin Day. Sure, you’ll see pumpkin-spice stuff, but we want to have some delicious baked good and drinks that are good ol’ pumpkin too.
