One thing I love is taking Fresno Street Eats to other cities in the Central Valley. It’s great when people come to Fresno to eat, shop and have fun.

But it’s also nice when our food court on wheels comes to your city. 

The best example of this is Reedley Street Eats. We’ve been partnering with the City of Reedley for our Reedley Street Eats at Pioneer Park since 2022. In fact, when I talk to people in other cities about bringing Fresno Street Eats to them, I use Reedley as the example of what a successful partnership looks like. 

It’s a great vibe at Pioneer Park. We bring a DJ, a handful of food trucks, artisan food vendors, crafters and merch vendors. It’s fun for families. It brings people downtown. And you don’t have to be from Reedley. People from Dinuba, Parlier and Orange Cove certainly come eat with us too.

All this is to say that Reedley Street Eats is this Friday night from 5-9p at 845 F Street. There will be a downtown trick-or-treat event happening right next to us, should be a good night. In November, we’ll be at Pioneer Park on Nov. 20.

Shout out to all of our Reedley foodies. We truly appreciate the love over the years.

We’re doing something new for you. Thursday night from 5-9p we’re partnering with Campus Pointe on the Trick or Treat Meet & Greet, a fun Halloween-themed get-together with trick-or-treating, character meet-and-greets, live music and great artisan food producers. 

Notice we didn’t say food trucks here. We love the vibe at Campus Pointe, but they have PLENTY of restaurants. So for this one, we’re putting the focus on our artisan food makers (think bakers, beef jerky, candy apples, etc). Plus you can bring the kids to meet Halloween Bluey and Frankenstein. 

This is the start of a monthly block party event we’re doing at Campus Pointe. Watch out for them.

I’m really excited for Taco Truck Throwdown this year. It’s the big one, y’all! Don’t miss it on Nov. 7 at Chukchansi Park. 

I love a storyline, so one story to watch for this year: It’s a wide-open field with a lot of new contenders. A few of our repeat winners are actually judges this year. This includes Taco Pinto, Tacos La Vaporera and El Premio Mayor. 

It’s a perfect time to crown the next generation of taco truck royalty in the Central Valley. Be there and make sure your vote counts!
